Plan the fit

Start with the work that needs attention.

Bring your existing tools, your first employee group and the handoffs you want to improve. Together, we can define the workflows, access and deployment responsibilities for your rollout.

Review the HR, CTO and IT perspectives
Can we keep our existing IT or payroll tools?

Bring them into the scoping conversation. PeopleFrame currently connects Microsoft Entra ID, Rundeck Headcount ingestion and configured email delivery. Other connections need a technical review; they are not assumed to be available.

What is configurable?

Company information, departments, reference catalogs, roles and permissions, and versioned lifecycle workflows. We review how these map to your organization during the walkthrough.

What should we check before deciding?

Document records currently track metadata rather than storing files. Compensation workflows and payment history do not execute payroll. Benefits support covers information and HR conversations. External account deactivation and device recovery remain with your responsible teams and systems.

How is a company deployment scoped?

Agree the environment, identity setup, initial workflows and data import. Hosting, updates, monitoring, backups, recovery and support ownership form part of the deployment discussion.

Let’s make it relevant to your company
