The questions behind the decision

A decision for HR.
A review for the whole company.

Review the experience your people will use, the environment your team will operate and the responsibilities each department will own.

Support the whole journey. Keep the responsibilities visible.

Bring onboarding, employee questions, growth and transitions into a shared experience. Start with the workflows your team needs most, then scope the wider rollout.

Will it fit the way we work?
Configure departments, company resources, role bundles and versioned lifecycle workflows. Start with a reviewed employee import and an agreed first employee group.
What will employees come here for?
Their profile, time off, company information, benefits questions, IT help and career goals. Managers can follow assigned work and development conversations.
Can we turn feedback into action?
Company Pulse supports surveys and eNPS, privacy thresholds and scoped action plans. Career plans connect goals, progress and manager feedback.

Review the architecture. Agree who operates it.

PeopleFrame is offered as a dedicated company deployment in your environment. Bring identity, data location and operational ownership into the decision from the start.

What are we deploying?
A containerized Next.js application with PostgreSQL. Hosting, updates, monitoring, backups, recovery and support responsibilities are agreed during technical scoping.
What is connected today?
Microsoft Entra ID with reviewed account links, Rundeck Headcount ingestion and Resend, SendGrid or SMTP email delivery. Additional integrations need separate scoping.
How is sensitive access controlled?
Explicit permissions govern private HR and financial data. Selected private fields and employee notes use AES-256-GCM encryption; supported sensitive actions retain audit history.
In your walkthrough

The deployment architecture, a sensitive-access scenario and a review of identity, integration and operating requirements.

See the request, the equipment and the person together.

Work from dedicated equipment and request queues. Follow the response without turning IT access into access to private HR or financial records.

Can we track equipment and support?
Follow asset assignments and returns. Triage support requests, assign ownership and keep employee-visible updates separate from internal notes.
What happens with a sensitive report?
Security reports use restricted triage permissions. Lost-device reports can link to assigned equipment, with a separate reporter-visible timeline.
What does offboarding control?
Coordinate responsibilities and PeopleFrame access closure. External account deactivation and device recovery remain work for the responsible teams and systems.

Your people’s trust is part of the job

Connected work.
Carefully controlled access.

Employee details, compensation and sensitive conversations deserve deliberate boundaries. PeopleFrame brings the work together while keeping access tied to responsibilities.

Your own environment
A dedicated company installation, with deployment and data location agreed with your team.
Sensitive permissions
Private HR information, compensation and security triage have explicit access controls. Platform administration does not automatically grant private HR visibility.
Protection with specifics
Selected private fields and employee notes use AES-256-GCM encryption. Reviewed access changes revoke sessions; supported sensitive actions retain audit history.

Before we talk

A few practical answers.

See all capabilities
Is PeopleFrame suitable for a smaller company?

Yes. The same employee workspace can bring HR, managers and IT together in a smaller organization. We scope the first workflows, access model and deployment with you; a company installation still needs an agreed technical owner.

Does it include benefits support and payroll?

Employees can find benefits information through your company resources and ask HR questions with a tracked conversation. PeopleFrame supports compensation workflows and payment history. Benefits administration, payroll execution and pay-stub generation are not connected services today.

Can we use our company sign-in?

PeopleFrame supports Microsoft Entra ID with reviewed links to company accounts, as well as configured local password sign-in. Access and roles are managed in PeopleFrame. Identity setup is part of deployment scoping.

What happens when an employee leaves?

Offboarding coordinates a versioned checklist and preserves employment history. PeopleFrame controls its own application access. External account deactivation, payroll and device recovery remain tasks for the responsible teams and systems.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Your approximate employee count, the workflows causing the most friction, the teams involved and any deployment or security requirements. Use synthetic examples; there is no need to share employee records for a demo.
